I've been watching this show since I was in 7th grade, graduating college now this year. Miraculously avoided all spoilers and I was satisfied in this ending. A bit confusing and bittersweet but I enjoyed it. Sad to let it go. Only complaints that I would say I may have had with it is that the character motivations seemed a bit odd and hard to follow. It seemed a bit out of character for some of them to me. I can see past this though and still really enjoyed it. Animation and music were also completely top notch, lots of good musical call backs. Lot of good throw back character moments too which was really nostalgic for me.
Was really excited for this movie after seeing the trailer, coming from someone who's never particularly took an interest in Elvis. The first 30 minutes of this film were so fast paced it was almost nauseating. It felt like a montage that wouldn't end. Far too much focus on Tom Hanks's character and not enough Austin Butler, who really shined. Having hip hop in the movie is well meaning but is very out of place. Once the movie slowed down and started showing scenes that didn't jarringly cut or jump forward years, it was pretty enjoyable. The half end saved this movie from a worse rating.
