Honestly I can't help but wonder how much much Nicholas cage Wass offered to star in this travesty of a movie. The movie was directionless, confusing, and just now worth watching. I stopped caring for it after 20mins and had to keep skipping it till the end.
When the narrator emphasized the fact that the movie is a true life at the beginning, I had no idea he was trying to warn us about the ridiculousness we were about to witness, and probably also to absorb the producer/writer of some level of shame. The only thing preventing me from rating this movie is even more lowly is due to the fact that it is a true life because no human in is his or her right l mind would sit down, and script embarrassment of a storyline.
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the movie, especially with the set up, the common storyline, the not so famous cast, but in the end I enjoyed it waaaay more than I expected. The lead casts performed beautifully, the storyline had an interesting twist, the movie was not too long. Though it could be improved upon, with some questionable events in the movie, but nonetheless, Bravo.
