I liked Freaky Tales it really kept my attention from start to end.
Each story had pretty good actors and its own vibe, but they all flowed together in a cool way.
I thought everything would revolve around that one scene from the trailer, but it ended up being different, which was a nice surprise.
I loved seeing that actor as Sleepy Floyd, since he always plays the sweet guy.
Watching him stay kind and rage out was wild in the best way.
Btw..The visuals, music, and Oakland 80's energy were all on point too.
We saved this movie for wings nights and it was a great way to end the weekend...

My hubby and I had been looking for a show and Cross hit the spot. We both loved it.
We took our time instead of binging and after each episode was excited for the next one.
The guy who played cross was such a good actor. I was sold in the first episode.
I really enjoyed his confidence and his intellect and he was also down to earth. He did such a great job with portraying his hurt and grief and the vulnerability behind it.
I was getting upset in the last episode because I didn't feel like they gave me closure with the initial case he was working. But they brought it back around and I decided I was going to give it a 10.
I hope this gets a 2nd season.

I really wanted to like this new version of the show. I don't hate it but it's just not the same. First I don't care for shows where bakers are eliminated each epidode so that has stopped me from watching many competition shows.
I was so happy that Nailed it, the original version didn't eliminate anyone and had new bakers each episode.
I don't like watching so many people bake at once. Three at a time was perfect.
I also don't care for Nicole and Jacque being hidden away for half the show. I love those two and they were half the reason I watched but now they are barely around. I really hope they go back to the old format or something similar.
