A step up from its predecessor, it still has the absurd, sometimes crude humor, and the atmosphere typical for the city of Rotterdam.
And again a lot of Dutch celebrities have a funny cameo.
But this time there is also more of a sometimes moving storyline, although it does require some suspension of disbelief.
It is still very low budget, in an agreeable way, but there is a step up in locations, camera work and especially in acting.
Fun fact is the actors are father, daughter and grandson in real life which enhances their chemistry.
I had a nice hot bath of Rotterdamness again, and highly recommend seeing this movie!
