From the very first scene to the very last I was completely hooked on this BL series. It had everything I could ever hope for in a good BL. While the main plot may not be romance, the romance still plays a huge part in the story. The relationship between Sun and Peace is like a forbidden love- a Romeo & Juliet type of love. The chemistry was off the charts and the NC scene was HOT to say the least. The action, the fighting- it was amazing. The fight scenes were filmed so well and every episode had me gasping. It was a truly shocking and gripping series. I'm so excited to see season 2, hoping the best for my favs Sun and Peace. Please watch it, it was a 10/10 for me.
Bad Guy is right. Our boy Pat has such a good poker face. If I were put in any of the situations he was in, I'd be throwing hands.
The depth of these characters definetly kept me entertained, they took a boring otherwise typical plot and created something genuinely entertaining. The sweet moments were to die for, I kept wondering "is this a dream??" and smiling like an idiot after all those other moments.
It is tough trying to like Elyes. I mean very tough, especially in the beginning. Elyes is snobby and rich. He's a controlling boss and, worst of all, he's a playboy. I love to get invested in my characters, and I'm very lenient with bad characters, usually finding ways to empathize with them and understand them, even with some painfully toxic characters like Ming from My Stand-In, but auoosh. I. Hate. Playboys. It's the hopeless romantic in me that can't stand them- but I've got to give it to them, Pat and Elyes got some serious chemistry. Every fight has me wondering if someone is going to storm out or they're going to make out. It's hard to tell.
Pat, on the other hand, is very commendable; he has some serious self-control and discipline and is, I've got to say, the absolute best at his job with an extreme amount of patience that I wish I had (not to mention he's an absolute cutie). I can't lie, I enjoy how obsessed Elyes is with Pat; I just wish he'd show his obsession in a different way.

A show that's practically all fluff, no drama- the reason why I got pretty bored sometimes. I even skipped some scenes and got distracted by other things, but since I'm generous with my ratings, I give it a solid 6-7. I don't regret watching it; I mean, I was able to get into We Are and Your Sky, which are both all fluff. It's just I didn't find much interest in the characters, which is a big thing for me. In order to get invested in a show, I have to love the characters.
There was one dynamic I enjoyed, which was between Johan and North. I think they had the best relationship throughout the series, despite the fact that Johan was always buried deep into his work. Those two are the reason I stayed; I liked how possessive Johan was, while still not crossing the line into becoming toxic, while North didn't fully mind it either and became a safe place for Johan to destress.
Now between Hill and Easter, at first I enjoyed their storyline, getting to know their characters and all (Easter is adorable like a puppy), but it got kind of slow and boring between them. All of this is purely subjective, though. I'm sure others would make up their own opinions after watching it. Some people might say they were adorable and loved them, while others more like me would say yes, adorable but boring.
Again, I don't regret watching this; it made me laugh and giggle, and there were some really adorable moments and interactions between the characters. A good show.
