These are more like vignettes than actual episodes. I hope these tidbits lead to full stories. Are they done on spec or are they already being produced? I'm hoping they are in production.
The studio's other works are definitely appealing to the eye, and these episode definitely exhibit some finely honed integration of live action and CGI. The cinematographer has moved beyond just cars and explosions to a very singular vision.
The locations chosen are beautiful and the performances, although very spare and short, are, for the most part, quite good.
I would love to see how they will be interwoven into a broader narrative.
