As someone who undertakes ultra events I was interested.
Whilst the achievement is impressive unfortunately the film is not.
Far too long and indulgent on behalf of the producer, some of the thousands and thousands spent on this should have been given to the editors.
We don't learn enough about the race, competitor, tech, tactics etc but I did learn the producer/wife was a big player in tech companies (HP and sun), this kind of detail detracts from the film and what should have been the main focus, John the cyclist.
Far better alternatives out there. Well done to John though, what you did was amazing.
