This movie is a strange combination of hilarity and deep meaning. I've watched it at least 30 times, and I often find myself joking with others using quotes from the movie. Yet, the story behind the humor is profound...a man, who had covered his dreams and withdrawn into a shell dictated by the circumstances of life, slowly journeys back to a life of meaning and adventure. It's a movie about not giving up and pursuing your dreams. The humor, the acting, the soundtrack, the scenery...all top notch. Stay golden!

I came upon this series quite by accident on Prime. Within 2 episodes, I was hooked. I love it and wish I could I binge-watch them all for free. I've learned so much about human psychology and my own motivations from watching these daring people take a risk. "It's not the critic who counts...." Even those who leave early have my respect. Really great show! Be careful...once you start it, it's almost impossible to quit watching.

This film is deeply moving and stays with you long after it's over. I admit, it's not what I expected, but I didn't do any research on it before watching it. The plot deals with one man's painful journey through grief, and it quickly drew me into the rawness and emotion of the struggle, sometimes uncomfortably so. It's not light, it's not a romance, and it's not an action movie, but it is brilliantly acted and beautifully shot. More importantly, it left me with a much better understanding of grief and grieving people. All that said, the movie isn't depressing. There's a sense of hope that pervades the film, growing brighter throughout. I REALLY liked this movie!
