Beginning with an absolutely intriguing and compelling story as performed by a truly talented and exceptional cast, RIP In TIME pushed all the right entertainment buttons for me. Niall Matter and Torrey DeVitto were a match made in Heaven. Watching them could put anyone in the mood for love. Eric Keenleyside had his usual magnificent performance. He gets even better with age! I have watched this movie several times, and I am now finding myself laughing out loud more often than I could have first imagined. This movie is hilarious in many respects. The bantering among the characters was belly-laughing funny, while comparisons and discussions relative to 1700's and present time, 2022, were so interesting. Love this movie, and Niall Matter deserves an award. Hope he will begin to get appropriate recognition. He is a super star, who always brings his A game, and I so love that he has the reputation of being a nice gentleman who is genuine, gracious, thoughtful, and genuine, etc.
Jill Wagner and Matthew Davis were a perfect fit for this Christmas love story. Loved the way he looked at her, and her charm and humor made for a wonderful tease as they gradually fell in love. Both of these stars slowly bring the viewer into what they were feeling and thinking but not expressing. I was so wishing that first embrace and kiss would happen sooner rather than later. Also, the fabulous supporting cast was the "icing on the cake" for me. Lost track of number of times I have watched this movie. Jill Wagner is a favorite of mine, and I would love to see Matthew Davis show up in another Hallmark movie.
