Didn't really have high expectations for this. But the movie was a decent watch and really surprised me with the level of Special FX with 'certain scenes' (no spoilers). Certainly better than many movies I have seen of a similar theme.
The acting is solid, the story is fair and the action sequences are tidy. Does keep you guessing throughout. Clearly not a big budget for this, but it made the most of what they had and effects better than other disaster movies, especially the under water scenes.
Might cancel my next flight over the Pacific after eating this! A recent 90 minute movie they keeps you guessing and makes you wonder, "what would I do?"

Stumbled across this on Netflix. What a show! Greg Davies is superb as the super-stressed 40 something l teacher who just can't get anything right; at work; at home; in his daily life.
So many great one-liners. Makes you literally laugh out loud over and over each episode. To a little girl in his drama class he doesn't like-"Take your little girl mask off Rose West."
Totally my sense of humour. Superb.
Little girl survives a car accident and leaves the upturned vehicle to find help for her trapped mother.
Eventually gets to the nearer town and reunited with her mother by the police. But the girl claims the lady is NOT her Mum. Clever idea and interesting movie.
But the acting is terrible (apart from the two youngest actors-the little girl and the 12 year old son of the cop). It was like they read their lines from cue cards in the background. The cop's wife NEVER smiles and seems more worried about forgetting her lines!
Great story-but potential ruined by poorly chosen actors who mumbled to camera and weren't believable.
