Somehow a show designed for a live, in-person audience is thriving in 2020's socially distanced reality. I say "somehow," but the answer is clear to anyone who watches: the hosts' earnest, brilliant, bizarre, and hilarious hard work has to be seen to be understood, but once you experience it, you cannot help but be moved. This year has brought me very few moments of unhindered joy and relief--many of them have been from watching this show. You will believe a Toydarian can fly, you will believe that you can laugh again. The show is very very funny and I cannot recommend it enough.
