I can bet that every Bangladeshi teenagers who were born in 80s, 90s and early 2000s are fans of Humayun Ahmed irrespective of novel or movie.Aguner Poroshmoni depicts the emotions of people mind and the reality of 1971...the cinematography and backgroundsongs were so much relevant...and the director showed us how turn a simle story into masterpiece with sheer brilliancy! The sacrifice that was made by the protagonists and the inner support they got from almost unknown people just tell us everything is not about being alive...freedom is everything!
The story is too much imaginary but I can tell you it is movie to watch in the afternoon and I categorize it in "the afternoon time won't be wasted". The remainder made the film worth of getting my rating 6...otherwise I would have rated it 5
I should say one thing,we always like to see unexpected things happenning in the ending of a thriller movie.... but there is a little gap between probable unexpectedness and quite impossible unexpectedness...this is where the film went wrong...again the finding process of Khoka was just too much simple...the middle part of thrilller film will be like the middle game of Mikhail Tal....but it just kept on showing other things becoming a bit indiffernt to the murders...something like the position that an old man gets in a house!
