This is so far fetched, there are so many loop holes in the story and the lack of detective work is disheartening. Dell boy could of figured out who to question and where to look. The Nanny who randomly pepper sprays Keegan would be a good start, but that gets left until the end. As if a Nanny would do that. It's assault but the detective lets it's go after Keegan tells him. Poor from the off.
The problem here is you cant just make a good series in a couple of weeks in Cheshire somewhere with a gorgeous lead actress, well soap star at a push. It's takes a couple of years, when everything is fact checked and all the angles are covered with possible flaws in the story. This has loads of flaws and lacks any sort of believable realism, its almost comical. Michelle Keegan turned Lara Croft. It's like they took the book and did each scene and matched it to a chapter, or a page even. You can't do that with screenplay because a book has many more layers and opportunity for imagination to run. A series will show because it's right in front of your face and things just don't add up leading to frustration from the viewer, It's not seamless. It's a car crash of red herrings that are completely obvious. Not how the book reads. Classic. Your better off getting the narrative from the book and re writing it for screens. The best bit is where he arrests Keegan over the bonnet. Guilty. Apart from that 1 measly star. A waste of everyone's time.

An embarrassment to James Bond, the story line is untenable, weak and lacks sustenance. Very very poor. They try and cover up the James Bond traditions by inserting two of the AstonMartins from previous films. It's a mockery if anything, and just so boring l. I'm glad I've not paid for this tripe.
It hit so many home truths about dealing with a loved one with an illness of the mind. Anthony Hopkins take a bow. He is my Grandparents favourite Actor and it was very fitting that he played this role. The way the scenes and roles of the characters change making the viewer feel a glimmer of what it would be like to have such a horrendous disease. This Film is so good it will live with me forever just like the people I have lost. Thankyou to all that put this masterpiece together.
