Dev Patel's directorial debut is an amazing work of art - when you can actually see what's happening on screen.
Monkey Man is plagued by some of the worst camera work (shaky cam) and editing (quick cuts) I've ever seen amongst the 1200 movies I've watched, rivaled only by the likes of Michael Bay and Marc Forster.
This hurts even more considering the well written script and excellent acting throughout the movie. Dev Patel is great as always with a strong supporting cast only let down by the underdeveloped antagonists.
Monkey Man had the potential to be the new Oldboy, turns out it's just a quiet fart in the wind instead.

This game is such a masterpiece on so many levels that it's easily a contender for game of the decade. It's a deep character study into the mind of Peppa Pig and the player gets to see new sides of her we've never seen before. This is very much enhanced by the brilliant voice acting featured in the game. The gameplay is simple and easy yet very deep, featuring an amazing open world with fantastic characters giving unique quests that rival The Witcher 3 in quality. The soundtrack and main theme are great as well. The game also features many amazing lines that really sticks with you and are easily quotable. My personal favorite is when Peppa Pig says "It's Peppin' time". The delivery of the line along with the surrounding tension of the scene is masterful.
This isn't a game, it's art. 10/10.
