This movie is like straight of Hong Kong. Going for the gold is good, but it is not a medal. It's a statue made from gold, containing needles to bring vibrancy. Used right, you're king of the world. Used wrong, you're dead. So many characters coming across the idol. Some good, some bad, some in-between. The one idol found turned out to be a copy. And a lot of money is out in stake. Now I have seen a lot of fight actions in the genre. Jim Kelly is the only non- Asian who is a martial artist. Cause he is trained by the Dragon: Bruce Lee. Joe Don Baker is just a brawler. He held his own in the film. Entertaining throughout the film is key.

This skin flick is really letting out the beast in all of us. Women are either topless or nude. The shower scene is perfectly normal. No wet hair!
The creatures of the night are really inconspicuous. They show no signs of boredom. The denmother in the film is really quite a character. Not being pervy, but very protective the best "she" can.
This movie was made in the 60's. It could pass for a 'R' or 'X' rating. But it doesn't have bad language or any male nudity. The movie was kept clean but there's no innuendo. It just let out the beast in everyone. You will have trouble taking your eyes off it!

It's an old saying that true love never dies. I don't know what it meant in this movie. A jazz musician is about to get married. But a former flame doesn't want to let go. So they meet at an old lighthouse. At the top of the lighthouse, she goes to the top, and the railing is loose and holds on to life, but the ex refuses to help her. So she perished. He lives with the guilt throughout. The ex haunts him. When he thought he retrieve the body, it turned into seaweed. The spirit of the ex appears in every fashion. The beatnik ferryman is unaware of her death. But he pays for blackmailing.
To death do you part has its meaning. Only you have to pay with your life! Disturbing!
