Story: Super botched up. Misses details, context or any semblance to reality. Looks like the director was just going for a few dramatic moments strung together bollywood style.
Acting: Abhishek Bachan is still living his guru days. The rest don't have much screen space, coz it is still shot as a bollywood movie i.e. Around a key hero.
