This 1930's era movie is unremarkable except for two things.
Myrna Loy and the realistic boxing sequences. I guess it helps to be a professional boxer. The fights are far more realistic than the other bouts on film during the 1930's.
Director Arthur Muhammad brings to life an urban thriller written by Brianna Cole and N'Tyse. This female centric tale stars Santosha Nicole and Porsche Hall in a fast moving story with multiple twists and turns. A modern tale of life on the streets and an examination of loyalties tested by the unexpected. This movie is a raw unvarnished look at the lives of three women bound together by betrayal and what can happen when trust is broken. The music adds to the sense of insight into the culture rarely seen by outsiders. The surprise ending is a shocker.
