The greatest villain I have ever seen on TV
A cold-blooded villain who speaks in a polite and calm manner all the time, and has the best soundtrack for the character ever, yes Van Kleiss is the greatest character I've ever seen and I loved the show thanks to him and if there was a reason worth getting 10 out of 10 it would be because of him
