I couldn't understand 25% of what was being said and not many will because of how the actors were talking with lots of background action/music distraction. Had serious problems keeping up with what was going on, and trust me I tried! There are moments of cinematic brilliance with the way some scenes are elaborately shot, and there are a few of them, joyful to watch. But from an overall viewing experience, i can't recommend this film unless u have the patience to watch it 2-3 times and then reflect on it from another perspective.
I started watching this film at 1 am at night, always an interesting time to see whether a film will make one fall asleep or not. This one kept me wide awake! Not only was it a great suspense film, it also hit the mark for great execution and explored parent-child relationship, prominence of social media and dual lives that people are living today.
The beauty of the film was that it made no direct statement about the digital age we are in, I found it to be very well balanced. The good and the bad side of modern social media platforms are left for the viewers to decide.
Overall, I'd say it's one of the best films I've seen in the past 2-3 years. Highly recommended!!

Is Glass a bad film to have been trashed by critics? No.
Is Glass a master-piece? No.
How does Glass compare to other superhero films? Much Better.
Kudos to the director for stitching two completely different movies into a 3 part series. I cannot recollect when last this has been achieved. To bring back not only the main but also side characters from Unbreakable and Split is praiseworthy.
There is also a lot to like about this film. From McAvoy's incredible performance, to a great background score, and an engaging screenplay. Yes, things go bizarre at the end and move at a rapid pace with events unfolding too quickly, but that should be expected if one has watched previous Shyamalan films. I personally liked the end, but would say it was overwhelming and suited to the scriptwriter's convenience. For this reason, I would not deem it to be a classic, but an enjoyable experience nonetheless.
