I found this documentary interesting, BUT as others have said it's touted as " a new generation 21 century " but he spends far too much time relating stuff back 50-60 years ago.
Also this guy's narration and style would put even a Crystal meth doper to sleep.
It's a constant droll monotone with no punctuation, no gap, pause , breath nothing.
I watched 30 minutes or so and turned it off.
I think he was trying to be too clever or art for arts sake.
Just film a documentary and get Mark Kermode to narrate ! At leader he has some enthusiasm.
This was read with a style as weak as dish water . 5/5 for program 1/5 for narration and that for turning up zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz !!!

Terrible " mock buster " , generally Hate them & the way they piggy back a more creative real talented film and rush something out the door to benefit from a mainstream release.
How the person ?!? ( Asylum employee lol ) could even mention it in the same breath as the creative talent and success of the Guy Richie films with the award winning talent of RD jnr and Jude Law not to forget the world class supporting cast.
This film is plain diabolical, ..
A/ stupid childish plot
B/ Terrible Woden school grade acting
C/ Especially the main actor a 5,5ft wet drip with zero charm, charisma, talent who was probably happy with the couple grand he got for playing himself.
D/ what CGI / effects there are are terrible , think you could of done then on an zx spectrum or any late 80s 486 😂
E/ the cinematography if u can call it that is a mess, the lighting, blocking ,etc is of a school grade, there's zero continuity,
EG evil robot takes 15 mins to walk up to the palace gate , every time the camera goes back to the scene she's actually rather away lol 😂 not closer.
AT least the Robert Downey Jr/ Jude law ones had, story,, quality DP work, and true to date costumes.
Stay away !!!! Occasionally I catch ten minutes of asylum films on TV but this is the worst ever and does a major disservice to Arthur Conan Doyle.
I need a lie down the thought of the film especially the wet drip lead actor, still he should of been around in the 50s getting work as the Beach wimp getting sand kicked in his face 😂😂 that's about all he's good for ❗❗ TERRIBLE ❗😂😂🤐
