Where do I start lol
The overall energy and vision of the show is an instant hook, but when you get down to the designs...man Keith is an actual artist. I get the designs might not be for everyone, but the vision is to sell these houses to first time home buyers, they're very very affordable, you can't sell functionality in that area, but you can sell someone who falls in love with the house.
Every episode I simply cannot see the vision until it's complete, I constantly question Keith..but I've learned to just #TRUSTKEITH
His dynamic with Evan is very refreshing and charming, crazy to think Evan has a PHD, and Keith has an MBA, but took the chance on this, I've truly never watched a show that leaves me in astonishment and impressed every single episode.

Great finale, amazing pacing, great call backs, and good twists, but when it reached its climax I wish more was done with Xavier and maya, maya had so much potential but still felt short lived...although the potential for another season is certainly their and the fallout of Omar, Xavier, and maya can be intriguing, it felt like they held back on a lot of dramatics for the sake of another season of the show... regardless this capture the flag event was so well done and this show is amazing, and I can't get enough.
As a Cartoon Network show, and seemingly a child show your kids would watch, this show covers all the bases. The jokes are solid, and never get too cringey, the lessons are fantastically portrayed. The world (creek) is so charming, and filled with stuff to explore that even at the age of 24 I'm like "dang, that's awesome", just those moments that really can make you feel like a kid again and imagine yourself in this world.
But the biggest take away is it's representation! I've watched roughly 20 episodes, and I have seen so many different races of children, races of family that have been pretty well represented, and even caught a couple very well done episode representing the LGBTQ community that never felt forced, but natural, it all feels natural, and it's something you can easily miss, all and all I love this show, and the childlike wonder/joy it has brought out of me.
