Not having a regular week schedule is a good way to lose followers. Not sure why this show airs when it feels like it but I will not be chasing it down to watch it. Sadly, a great female cast not getting the support they deserve for a show with great performances and potential. I wish this show was given more attention and exposure than it has received. Trying hard not to criticize but there is way too much garbage being produced and promoted that could close down and allow shows with a chance of getting serious attention and higher ratings a chance to make it. Divorced Sistsa aren't getting the attention in the development process that they deserve or could prosper from.
Taraji P. Henson , Sherry Shepherd, Teyana Taylor were all fantastic in this 2 hour movie. I enjoyed it very much. This was for me , Tyler Perry's best work ever! Taraji was amazing but all the lead characters were great. It's great when a film is hitting you in the gut with emotions and blasts you with a surprise to boot. I will watch again because it's so emotional you can't help but cheer for Taraji character. This film and cast all deserve awards come awards season. Congratulations to Tyler Perry and his superb cast performances. I can't help but feel how In reality this movie portrays how badly things are lining to go bad because of government reforms under the current Presidents administration and thoughtless budget cuts.
Warning your last deposit created insufficient fans. 1923 has been a great series to watch but getting right to it , I was greatly disappointed in the ending. The build up of the 2 year waiting on the return of Spenser fell flat to me. Seemingly creating a season ending where Everything and everybody dying will never draw the emotion that a better prepared script and plot always accomplishes. I still don't know or understand why so much time was spent on the deviant sex development. It was understood he was a perverted person who was low in both moral and ethical behavior. Why spend so much time there and not on the hero or heroine ? Why was it required to add additional deviant sex scenes when there was a seemingly limited time to view Spensers engaging the enemy homecoming? All the tragedies that happened at the end may have covered up weak writing and plot fulfillment to some but to me it lowered the overall value of the series. A any moment, I kept waiting for Taylor Sheridan or some production staff to pop up and say just "f% " with , now here's the ending you all want and deserved. I know the series is a prequel to the mega hit series YELLOWSTONE and a largely popular series on its own but ; but to me the conclusion was just plain yellow ; meaning the script ran out on the fans long before a conclusion. Great series but terrible ending,
