Vinod Kumar Singh is an Indian Film & Series Writer & Director. He has Written & Directed his debut Hindi feature Film "Tujhko Pukare", which is released in 2005. He has started his career with Utv production company, working as Casting Director & assistant director in India's first daily soap "Shanti". After Utv he joined Balaji telefilms & worked for them for 5 years. In Balaji telefilms he worked as Creative Director, Casting Director & Director in many daily soaps like Ghar ek mandir, Bandhan, Kyunki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi, Kahani ghar ghar ki, Itihas, Kanyadaan, Kahin kissi roz, Kaun, Kkusum, Kabhi sautan kabhi Saheli, Kasouti zindagi key. After Balaji he joined Ketan Mehta's Maya entertainments & he worked there for around two years in a daily soap "Chacha Chaoudhary" as series director & Casting director. He also worked with Deepti Bhatnagar production as Creative head & Series Director in daily soap "Kabhi aaye na judayi" & Sphere origin company as series director for Daily soap "Shaurya aur Suhaani" Vinod worked for Optimystix ent. in a daily series "Crime Petrol" as director & creative head, He also worked as Writer & Director in a Documentary "Ayurvedacharya Dr. Prakash Indian tata". Vinod worked in theatre approx. 15 years as Writer, actor & Director. Plays like Mahabhoj, Kabira khada baazar men, Poster, Aala Affsar, Sava ser gehun, Spartacus, Julus, Marich samvaad, Babujee, Impression Ka chakkar, Bidesiya, Jyoti jhali jwala. Vinod got an appreciation certificate from Maharashtra Government in 1998 for Direction of a play "Jyoti jhali jwala". in 2021 vinod written a comedy web series "Abki baari Bipin Bihari" for new ott p. flix. vinod also worked as Writer & Director for "Crime alert" for Dangal tv, "Crime stories" for Ultra, "Red light" of Kindi box, "Shadi mubarak" & "Mad house" for Moviekeek, "Sorry brother" for Garam Masala OTT.Vinod worked in theatre approx. 15 years as Writer, actor & Director.
