I didn't think much of the film in general and even though I usually like Tom Hanks' acting, I thought he was rubbish in this film. I totally agree with other reviews that say too much Hanks and not enough Butler. Austin Butler's performances was outstanding and totally made the film watchable. There were times when I thought am I watching clips of the real Elvis or Butler, because I genuinely struggled to tell the difference. I've never seen or heard of Austin Butler before, but he did an absolutely incredible job portraying Elvis. It's just such a shame that the film itself and storyline didn't do Butler's performance justice.

These 'Narnia' flims bear virtually no resemblance to the books. Such a shame. Why do they have to change them so much? The books are absolutely brilliant, but the films are such a let down.
