I am all for spin offs and fun tv shows. Accuracy isn't all that important to me either, but what I do value is a character that doesn't make me want to rip my tv off the wall. The main character is insufferable. I cannot stand her and I even skip episodes of the original rookie that have her in it. If they hired literally anyone else I would watch the show, but I cannot stand this actress. She is horrible at acting and she is annoying in every single scene that she is in. I hope the the tv show is canceled so I never have to see this stupid character ever again. The key to a good tv show is like able characters, and this doesn't have that.

This movie is a lot of fun. Not too complicated, but works as what it is. Chris evans is good in the role. There a number of cameos and other fun gags. While it isn't a complicated movie it is enjoyable as a romcom action action comedy. I am not sure why it's rating is so low as it is a pretty good movie. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun laugh along movie to watch alone or with family. I guess critics don't know how to enjoy a movie as this one is just fine for what it is, nothing profound but good. It is nice to see Evans in some other roles and having fun while doing it. Solid film, would recommend.

I really liked it. Very dark but very good. Each character wether it be the protagonist or the antagonist goes through interesting development that makes sense within the circumstances. The story is well thought out and the details are in incredible. It it is a well crafted and executed show that I would recommend to anyone in a hear beat. I watch way too much tv and can say with certainty that this show makes my top 10.
