I first saw this movie on Tubi and I was pleasantly surprised. This is a no-budget independent zombie B-movie and I mean that in the best way possible.
Yes, it's an amateur production but there is a charm to that and you can tell the actors and director did a great job with the resources they had. For a movie made on a budget of $5000 USD, it's actually very entertaining. The zombie and gore effects are decent and there is also a fair bit of nudity as well. It's good old fashioned B-movie fun, with no frills. This is a cheap fun zombie movie and it doesn't try to ever pretend like it's anything else. If you want to be entertained for an hour and ten minutes and are a fan of zombie movies, this is a good choice to go with.

Honestly, this is one of the best fan films I have ever seen and it's precisely due to the sheer authenticity of it. As someone who was also a kid big into the Resident Evil games way back in the late 90's, this was precisely the kind of thing I would've done with my brothers and friends back in the day. The only difference was that we didn't have a video camera and couldn't make a movie out of the many times we'd play pretend in the backyard or in the house. If you want a good look into the early days of the Resident Evil fandom, this is actually one of the better choices to go with.
The movie is on YouTube in its entirety and I strongly recommend this for any fan of Classic Resident Evil or any kid from the "Late Millennial" or "Zillennial" age ranges.

This is quite honestly one of my favorite "Skinemax" style flicks from the genre's "last hurrah" days in the late 2000's/early 2010's. The humor is campy but funny, the music is the standard stock music you'd see in any Retromedia title but it works, and the women are all very attractive. Best of all, it starts the lovely Ms. Christine Nguyen, one of the better actors of late night cable, both in terms of attractiveness and in terms of her acting ability and on-screen charisma.
The plot is a pastiche of the "All-Girls College with a dark secret" trope and for the kind of movie Voodoo Dollz is, it works perfectly. Everyone in the movie plays their part well, with special mention for both the lead actress (Christine Nguyen) and supporting performers Syren and Beverly Lynne. I saw this movie way back when it first premiered on HBO Max in the winter of 2008-2009 and I've been a fan ever since. In this day and age, I'd say it's now a classic of this niche and often-forgotten genre of B-Movies. If you can get a copy of it, definitely watch it.
