Dexter: Resurrection
The best, if not one of the best season finales to a show and in Dexter generally. The build up, the tension, and the fluidity of the episode as a whole was exhilarating. It had everything you could possibly want from a season ending and the way it setup the future of Resurrection was the cherry on top.
This is THE episode of dexter thats gonna seperate itself from the rest...a pinnacle in the top episodes of the entire series. It had everything you would want from what you would call a perfect showing from start to finish. I cannot wait till next week to see what will transpire and I'm so excited for season 2 already. If there is a God give me some armour until next week.
Let me just start off by saying this, this show...yes has football as one of the main premises that brings the entirety of the cast together but has not been the sole focus of what story is being told through this episodic adventure. This show are different characters coming together to uplift and make eachother better and to learn from (an overarching character study you could say) and this episode was one of the better to do it in the show's entrity. These episodes may feel out of place at first but when you really understand what the show has been going for the whole time, these episodes feel like you wish they had more time to them. Ted Lasso I always appreciate you sticking to what makes you great because although I couldnt relate to the keely storyline, the Ted one really hit me hard.
