This is a small independent movie that I saw in a film festival in Long Island. I thought it was great. The main character, Kevin, starts off with this lifestyle that I thought was presented really well. He steals cars, gets drunk and has sex...Then he realizes he wants to straighten his life out but has trouble doing so because of an old boss. He wants to straighten out because of this girl that he has fallen for but he has some troubles with her because she has a psychotic ex-boyfriend. He finds a job at a hardware store which leads to one of the best parts of the movie when he informs a coworker that a scam he's running isn't as smart as he thinks it is. This causes Kevin some more trouble. Over the course of the movie Kevin gets chased, beaten up, and does some chasing of his own. The film is great and Thaddeus Shneider does an amazing job as Kevin. I really hope this movie comes out on DVD because I will be the first to buy it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie...although it was a little corny. But you must expect that if you are going to watch a movie where a monkey is the star athlete of a team. However, i thought that there were some parts that were HYSTERICAL! I enjoyed this movie just as much as its prequel. I expect to see an MVP III within the coming year.
