WOW!! Creatively written storyline!! Elise, Clayton, Lucas and Stephanie were fantastic in bringing this clever story to life! I loved the way the story developed as the back and forth between the business, romance, friendships etc is perfect in this movie as it kept me interested throughout the whole hour and a half. Sincerity, chemistry, passion and care for others permeated the story also. This is a great rom com for tweens and teens in addition to rom com lovers who want a love filled transforming story without hate, sinsister revenge and mean spirited behavior. Thank you to all who made this movie possible! I relaxed and enjoyed! I think others will too!
Oh my goodness!!!! How did I miss this in 2019!!! A hilarious movie about Christmas movies!! This is a well-written, well-acted story about wishing to be in a Christmas movie that incorporates how "Hallmark Christmas Movies" have influenced culture! "Chad Matthew Monroe" , Grandma, bake-off, cookies galore, christmas ornaments, "ugly" clothes, romance, cynical siblings, happy endings... This movie has it all the Hallmark, Up TV, and crazy for Christmas antics one can ask for! Kimberly and Brant are adorable and I love watching them bring this to life along with Lana and Ryan!! I laughed the entire time!! This one I plan to watch every Christmas as the clean humor and hilarious! I am so sorry I missed this in 2019!!!
Great story brought to life by a top cast! Haley and Marshall are highly talented (I have enjoyed watching each of them bring other stories to life), as are the supporting cast members that I was not familar with. This is a well-written tale of how a stressed out, avoid the spolight, overly cautious, thoughtful, hurt, no-body and a well-known, hard to be himself with others, yet farily confident somebody, meet akwardly in person and online. The main relationship develops via encounters and conversations that are wonderfully depicted. I love how this movie addresses what happens when a person tells another person how they feel when the "teller" person is clueless. I am impressed with the writer's talent in putting this script together!!! I think this is a realistic, life-lesson movie that is great to watch and discuss as there is a lot to unpack and learn from. Although the true meaning of Christmas is not the focus of the movie, I want this one will become a household favorite for its clean portrayal of what can happen in real life. Thank you again to the writer and the cast. BTW- Great sets, make-up and wardrobe too!
