First of all, the movie synopsis was very interesting, mysterious and the idea of a crossover movie between Jason and Freddy was a great idea. The storyline was well-written and well-explained, even though it was simple and easy to understand. The characters were very interesting and kinda likeable, but they weren't well-developed. The casting choices were nice and their performances were descent. I have to admit, it was a very intense movie and the fight scenes between Jason and Freddy were iconic. The killcount of the movie was very bloody and there were some very brutal kills during the movie. I wouldn't consider it a scary movie, even though there were some jumpscares during the movie. Also, the cinematography and the score of the movie were both great. The opening scene (Freddy's introduction) was very interesting, fast-paced and promising. The 2nd act was full of death scenes and I enjoyed it, a lot. The 3rd act was probably the most intense part of the movie and the final fight scene between Jason and Freddy was incredible. Overall, "Freddy vs Jason" was a great slasher movie, intense from start to finish, with a high killcount, some funny moments and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
First of all, the movie synopsis was very interesting, mysterious and kinda innovative because it was way different than the previous movies of the franchise. The storyline was kinda well-written and well-explained, even though it was simple and easy to understand. There were too many characters and most of them weren't really interesting, I mean they were all meant to be killed. The filming location of the movie was only one, inside a massive spaceship. The casting choices were nice and their performances were descent. I have to admit, it was a kinda intense movie and there were some action-filled moments during the movie. Regarding the killcount of the movie, it was kinda bloody and there were some very brutal kills in this movie. The opening scene was predictable, fast-paced and promising. In my opinion, the 3rd act was probably the most intense and suspenseful part of the movie. Overall, "Jason X" was a great sci-fi/slasher film, unintentionally funny, brutal, action-filled and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
First of all, the movie synopsis was kinda interesting and mysterious, because I thought it was gonna be about Jason's backstory and that they would finally explain us his origins. Eventually, it wasn't like that and it was way worse than I had imagined. The storyline wasn't well-written, nor well-explained and it was way different than the previous movies (not in a good way). This time there wasn't a friend group and I think that's the reason why this movie was terrible. In my opinion, it was a very boring movie, pointless and it's definitely one of the worst movies of the series. At least, the killcount of the movie it was kinda bloody and brutal, but there were still many off-screen kills. The opening scene was kinda unpredictable, fast-paced, kinda intense and I enjoyed it. But, the 2nd and 3rd act were both a huge disappointment... Overall, "Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday" wasn't a nice slasher film, it had a terrible story, boring scenes and I wouldn't recommend it to my friends!
