I just wasted almost 2 hours watching this train wreck. It made no sense and there wasn't a likeable character in the entire movie. It seemed like a lot of jumbled ideas that didn't go anywhere.
In the end it really didn't come together or justify all the insanity that came before it. The acting was sub par and the "story" was extremely weak.
The main character was cruel and some scenes were just there to shock and didn't advance the plot in any meaningful way.
Not sure how to categorize this movie. It wasn't horror or suspenseful. Caught myself nodding off many times waiting for SOMETHING to happen. Booooooooo.

I absolutely loved this show! It has everything from excellent acting (Lisa Kudrow and Ray Romano were outstanding) to emotional drama to comedy. Los Feliz is such a desirable and darling neighborhood and it was so nice to see it showcased as the gem that it is. Hats off to the writers and directors of this show...BRAVO!
The plot reveals itself in multiple layers and slowly exposes the truth behind the trauma. I was compelled by the individual stories and reasons for wanting to live in this stunning home.
Nice spending time with these characters and when it was over, I realized I wanted to see more from all of them (except the annoying realtor, the one weak link).

Sorely disappointed in this movie. Such a good idea wasted due to poor writing and characters you really don't care about. Many good reviews tempted me to rent this. Much of it was soooooooo slow, more drama than horror. Many of the scenes didn't make ANY sense at all. The acting was good, but it wasn't enough to save this movie. How do their faces, eyes, lips change while touching the hand and then suddenly after 90 seconds everything is back to normal ???? And that scene while in bed...toe sucking wth. I think a much more successful, better movie was The Boogeyman (original story by Stephen King). Watch the Boogeyman or Black phone instead.
