I'm late to that party but I'm Soo glad I skipped the US version and came straight here.
A lot has been said about the unpredictability and quality of this show so I won't repeat things here.
I want however to stress two things that very much impressed me.
1. The color gradings are brilliant. I think these days the British have a gift for bold colors and how to use them
2. The acting is fantastic and I am awed by two performances in particular: Neil Maskell (I knew I saw him- in Kill List) and Paul Ready (I knew I saw him- in The Terror). The whole cast is great but these two are over the rest as far as I'm concerned.
Generally this is the bliss you get when a great script is handled by a great crew with a great cast.
Bravo to all.

I am a fan of b-movies and shlock and Asian and European movies.
Case in point, I loved Premutos.
But this movie here has no redeeming value past the first five minutes.
But being the borderline ocd person that I am, I watched through to its sorry end.
And much like Nekromantik, I vaguely think that I did the director a favor and that I should get at least a token award for it.
Not a great feeling is it.

I see a lot of hate about the 4 girls so I would like to balance the ratings.
No they are not grating or insufferable.
They are real and they keep me coming back to the show.
Kristen is a Mary Sue, David and Ben are lovable archetypes, and I like them a lot, but I just love the girls to bits.
Kudos to the young actresses and to the writers. They come across as real, fresh, each with their own character and lovable.
So there, Sue me.
