As the second season comes to an end, it's impossible to shake off the feeling we're being cheated from the series creators, the exact same which desapointed the world on the Lost series.
It's exactly the same modus operandi: they are weak creators who crave for money at any cost, so they can only pile up one mystery after another, promissing a satisfactory explanation that will never come.
Who watched Lost was hooked by the dozens of mysteries that were presented on the first episodes, and continued to be presented on, just to discover that everything wrapped up in one easy, lazy explanation: the characters were dead in a sort of purgatory were anything could happen.
Now, in From, after 2 seasons of no explanation of anything, we see the same poor and lazy ending coming towards us.

It's Disney, so I wasn't expecting something like the different Guilhermo Del Toro version.
But even Disney told a very good story in 1940, in the "original" Pinocchio... ok, the 1940 animation it's nothing like the original story written in Italy on the 19th century; but it's still a joyfull story, and introduced one of the most beautiful songs ever.
This 2022 version, although... just another Disney penny maker... a soulless, dull and boring movie.
Only interesting thing is to notice how the Pleasure Island resembles the Disney Parks themselves... surely it was not proposital, yet one cannot shake off this resemblance.

A shamefull lazy plot, resultante in a total waste of canonic characters mixed with new boring ones.
The 10 final minutes of the 5th episode are only thing worth seeing.
