This has to be the most comic book movie MCU ever did.
Fantastic casting for the Fantastic Four. Everyone does a great job and they have great chemistry on and off screen as seen in behind the scenes material and interviews.
The movie doesn't waste your time, catches us up to speed with the events that led to creation of Fantastic Four and in current day they face against Galactus.
Julia Garner does amazing job portraying Silver Surfer - Shalla-Bal.
The next movie with Fantastic Four unfortunately will be a long wait till Avengers Doomsday, but I'd love to see them in at least one more standalone movie before they get to team up with other groups.
I hope Marvel goes more into more comic book style movies like this one. Definitely the best MCU movie since Infinity War/Endgame.

Ironheart may not be a masterpiece, but it doesn't deserve the rating it got. It was review bombed even before it was released...
Overall the show at times feels like better looking CW type show, where there is a higher budget so FX looks way better than in CW shows.
Riri is a flawed character, something everyone always complains about, when characters have no flaws. She is flawed. She is not the best human being. And the show has to present her understanding that she has to change her ways.
Show doesn't waste time unlike CW shows, it's 6 episodes, and everything that happens in the show matters, there is no filler fluff, that would stretch the runtime.
First 3 episodes are slower because they have to set up the characters and the villains. The last 3 episodes are full of action and we get to see some... really intriguing characters from the comics.
However there is a cliffhanger ending that I don't know how fast and if even at all will be ever resolved, as this is 1 season type show.

I waited ~17 years for this movie.
And It's a really good movie. However.
The whole time is a set up, world presentation after 28 years.
In the opening they let you know they retconned Paris scene from 28 Weeks Later.
Main hero is Spike, the kid of Aaron Johnson's character. Through him we're supposed to learn about the world and how it looks right now. Instead of forced dialogue that explain the world to us, we get natural dialogue with the kid who is supposed to learn and/or prove that he knows what he's been already told.
The movie however is not a full movie. It's a half of the movie. Right when you see the action starts to ramp up, and things get more tense, there is a cut and credits roll.
And I am really tired of this tactics in today's cinema. Where you pay for a ticket, and get half of the movie, without even knowing you get only half.
The scenery, the shots of landscapes are beautiful. Set designers put really a lot of work into how the sets look, none of that CGI stuff.
The interesting directional choices of stop frame when the zombie is being killed, that makes it feel unique to other movies in the genre. And overall I'd say it feels like 28 franchise movie.
However the movie is still great, and I fully recommend it. But if you want to see the half of the movie and wait a year for the next movie to finish the story and get some sort of payoff, that's your choice.
And the next movie being directed by Nia DaCosta, doesn't fill me with optimism.
