One word describes this show: Chaotic. The format of this Pop the Balloon was chaotic. The host only fuelled the fire. Everybody was talking over each other. The cast wasn't focused on love but they were more interested in the superficial stuff! There were absolutely no genuine, deep conversations had. The essence of the original Pop the Balloon show was non-existent. As much as it was studded with stars and members from the "Netflix Universe" - the focus seemed misguided.
People have cancelled way better shows in this lifetime. They better cancel this one.
It was unfair not to have Arlet host the show and to not maintain the original format that encouraged deep conversations and real stories. I couldn't enjoy the show - not even for a second.

Genuine characters coupled with a good story. Haven't watched Manga series, let alone this Manga-based show but nevertheless, I am totally hooked. The actors of this show were convincing to me and remarkably captivating. The show addresses real world issues while bringing adventure and fantasy to our screens. Shows like these are truly blessed. I learned a lot about character formation, self-respect, relationships and more from watching One Piece. Each episode flowed seamlessly helping to create an immersive experience right from the comfort of my home. The characters are so loveable and not irritating at all.
Just imagine it..... Sure, I read the book. I guess, the imagination is always greater. Unfortunately, the cast didn't seem to have chemistry. To the point where, even Anna's best-friend didn't "feel" like "Anna's best-friend" and didn't help that she was empirically sexier than Anna. Grey didn't look haunted but rather, he seemed depressed.
What I would have liked was for Anna to be less smiley. Otherwise, she was basicslly perfect. Grey: should have been Ashton Kutcher! Striking. CONFIDENT. Someone that is SHAKEN by the imagination of a different way of being. Obviously tall, charmingly handsome, etc.
