As an avid souls fan this was everything I wanted it to be. I got the pre order yesterday and have enjoyed everything I have played so far. No glitches or problems and the download time was really quick.
The game kind of blends the gameplay of Sekiro and dark souls together giving you much more freedom to experiment as well as all kinds of stealth and jumping mechanics. Luckily there is no posture or anything as I don't like that system from Sekiro personally.
Sekiro was a great game but I prefer the non linear story and more experimental gameplay (more weapons, armour, magic builds, dexterity builds, ect) of the other games in the series, as well as the excellent character customisation.
Even though I have only played around 5-6 hours it it is already one of the best open world games in my opinion with such a detailed and explorative world full of so many interesting locations and creatures. There are all kinds of new features and details that almost make the older games obsolete and made me ask why they didn't add that before.
In the previous games when you hit a difficult boss you were locked into beating them to continue. Due to elden rings open world design however you can easily come back to a boss after exploring and upgrading your character. You could do this in the older games but had to face the boss eventually, in elden ring there is so much side content and other areas to explore you can almost ignore the main story entirely and complete it at your own leasure.
The game does a great job of giving you enough freedom to explore and not give you a direct path whilst still having a set goal to get to. You have a marker and map, but they are so well utilised it doesn't affect the game at all. It also does a fantastic job at introducing the souls gameplay to new players, with an actual tutorial at the beginning. It is not in your face and is an optional part of the starting area.
There is one flaw in my opinion, the open world is so expasive that progression is more difficult than the other games in my opinion. After playing for a decent amount of time I still only have my starting weapon. There are weapons available from stores and such but none from enemies or ones you find, which is the best way to get them usually in other souls games.
This is not a big problem as it is more of a personal thing. I just love exploring the world anyway and I'm sure there are many weapons available.
In short ths game is just fantastic and does not disappoint at all. Easily recommend to any souls fan and anyone in general. Probably the best place to start the series as the game kind of encapsulates everything great about it. I already want to get back to and explore the game, just so glad it is as great as it is.

S tier 10/10. As a huge fan of the 2nd game after playing it on the PS4, I searched up what the other ape escape games were like. Allot of people said this was the best, and I can easily see why.
The levels in this game are not as open as 2 but are much more refined and interesting. As the game is themed around movies each level fits a certain type of movie and it makes them so fun and exiting to explore.
The music is just as good if not better than 2, there is literally no bad song in my opinion with each and every piece of music or tune being exceptional. I know it's a bit over the top but I genuinely think that.
The new transformation upgrades are brilliant and are all really fun. They are very over powered but make the game much more enjoyable. I especially love the one you get after the final boss to get all of the apes. The new hidden apes you have to put a code in to find are all great as well and add another layer of interest to exploring the levels.
The gatcha mechanic from 2 is not here but now you can choose what collectables to get. It is much more enjoyable to get everything and much easier than in 2.
The boss fights are okay but much like the first one are not nearly the best part of the game. As well as the camera which is a slight annoyance st some points in the game.
In short this game is just incredible and one of my all-time favorits. It is a shame that is is so expensive and can only be played on PS2 but is definitely a game worth getting. I would recommend playing ape escape 2 on PS4 as that is very cheap. If you really like that then definitely get it but if you don't I wouldn't bother.

S tier, 10/10. At last, this is on IMDb! I tried to find a good poster immage and even tried to edit some but they all ended up not working.
Fire pro wrestling world is simply one of the most fun and funny games that you can play. The pure joy of customizing werdios and getting them to fight eachother is fully realised and the game revels in how much you can edit your characters. You can literally edit each individual part of the character model and morph it into the strangest and funniest things you can think of. The game even has voice customisation, whilst not being perfect the voice options you can choose from are massive.
The graphics are not great but the style captures that classic era of wrestling games perfectly and allows for all kinds of modifications to your characters and matches. Even though other wresting games have better graphics they don't really match the charm or freedom that fire pro wrestling provides.
As I play it on the PS4 I wish you cound get mods but body part and song imports are there and the game itself has so much original content it is more of a minor complaint.
The actual wrestling side of the game is fantastic as well. I'm not really big into fire pro wrestling but this game has actually made me more interesting in it. There are brilaint dlc addons to the game. The story mode and manager mode allow you to add your custom characters and there both great and really interesting. Whist I couldn't beat the story as actually wrestling in this game is very technical, I got really far in it and found the gameplay really difficult but satisfying when you get it right and win a match.
The only flaws with the game is that there are other wrestling games I have played that do some things better. WWE 2k19 is probably the best graphical wrestling game. Customisation is incredible in that game too and it has more songs. I do wish you could get a royal rumble in fire pro as that is such a fun event and is present in nearly all the WWE restling games I have played.
Even if fire pro wrestling might not do that type of mach I would love to see it added to the game so much. I love 2k19 but it does feel really artificial, with customisation heavily revolving around a human model. Also like other wwe games, it can be a bit too difficult to navigate will all kinds of technical modifications to your character and spesific modes that I don't really understand. It is a great game but not nearly as good as fire pro wrestling.
WWE, here comes the pain is known for being one of if not the best wrestling game and I got it because of that. It is definitely exceptional with a brilliant soundtrack, probably the best 3d customisation of any game, and a definitive and raw UI that is a bit difficult to navigate but becomes easy to get used to. I just wish there was more to do in the game.
There is a selection of great mach types, royal rumble witch is great and some brilaint special matches but even all of this is not nearly as expansive as fire pros replayability. I still love the game and will put hours and hours into it, I think it is one of the best games ever made but Fire pro wrestling is just so great that is is better for me personally, only by a small margin.
In short, I just love this game so much, I have put so many hours into it and will always return to it to just mess around and experiment with the character creator and/or play a few matches. A game I can always play and one that is easily one of my favorites of all time.
