This episode was very fun to watch. It had a great start but the ending and second half of the episode really sealed the deal.
Tense and thrilling, Night Family gave Pickle Rick vibes but in a totally new area. While Pickle Rick highlighted Rick's chaotic and violent insanity, and his ability to turn any scenario into one in his favor, Night Family does justice by characterizing Rick as someone so stubborn... so self-centered... so nihilistically ego-driven that he would be willing to jeopardize his entire families safety over a dirty dish.
Bonus: The music was amazing, it was tense and felt like it came from an actual horror movie. The visuals were the best I've ever seen this or any season.

This is the only Rick and Morty that I watched and not only disliked, but hated. Like seriously, it was so uncomfortable to watch that I was waiting for it to END. Yeah.. this definitely is the worst episode I've seen so far, and personally, one of the worst episodes I've seen in any animated tv show.
It's just disgusting. Pure incest. If you read between the lines, it seems like the writers are even trying to make incest jokes (Or even incest itself) as normal. It's yuck. Very little funny bits if any. Please for the love of all things holy, STOP WITH THE INSEST. I'm flicking sick of it, both mentally AND PHYICALLY TO MY STOMACH.

On par with season 3 opening and clearly better than both openings of 4 and 5. This episode adds new themes and expands on old ones in ways that are fresh and exciting. I feel like the pace was amazing is really enjoyable to die hard Rick and Morty fans who enjoy continuation of the main story rather than an episode that could be a standalone. Very good start to the season and hopefully the next episodes in this season reflect and take note, especially considering the amazing reviews left on the main story-based episodes for upcoming seasons. The writers should take note of the fans wants and desires and they seem to all be pointing towards these types of episodes. The only thing that I was upset about is the ending can be quite confusing and I had to re-watch it in order to discover what I think happened as many different things were occurring. Definitely brush up on your past Rick and Morty episodes if you haven't already because it will help tremendously!
