In this case: a movie by its nice poster, Stallone in a cast & plot summary on Amazon. Boy was I wrong. Apart from the heist scene, ain't much going on. The movie is about 7 robbers, ex-Navy Seal types, equipped in machine guns, grenades & bazookas, versus an ex-cop and his son, equipped with a taser. Guess who wins?

The shootings and dialogs make ZERO sense. For its 1.5h runtime, mostly there's little happening. The ending is cliche of cliches and makes NO sense. Nothing does. How did this pass the movie production execs, remains to be seen. Screenplay sucks. The plot is dumb. The characters actions and events depicted make no logical sense. The antagonists make weird faces. They act as if someone told them to just go out there any make a movie in one shot to save money.

Save yourself this B-class flick and watch some paint drying, or grass growing, it will be more entertaining. I suspect Stallone didn't bother reading the script once before agreeing to put his name in this and then realised mid-shoot this is weird and even him gave up acting.

I'm giving 2/10 for few nice drone shots. How I lasted till the end is beyond me, I guess I was in disbelief hoping things will get better any minute now. They did not and then the end credits showed. Wow.

An action-packed, non-stop thriller set out at Los Angeles airport over a Christmas season. A cop wannabe, TSA agent, a'ka "Bruce Willis", finds himself in a middle of a terrorist threat. He decides to act...accordingly.

There are few nice plot twists at the beginning making the story believable at first. However, as movie progresses, there are some ridiculous and unrealistic lucky coincidences. Most of 1/10 reviews here are because of those. But this is an ACTION MOVIE. It's not supposed to be realistic. They're there so the movie can happen. The car fight scene was phenomenal - I have no idea how they shot it and I'm willing to say, it was possibly a first if it's kind in modern cinema. You will see.

Just grab some popcorn, switch off your brain and enjoy the hell of a ride.

I watched it on a plane where I didn't have access to IMDB, otherwise I'd probably wouldn't. But I liked the trailer. This a classic B class cinema with beginner actors learning the ropes on how to deliver their lines (apart for Freeman). I refuse to believe majority of staff had any acting experience. The dialogs are cliche and spoken without conviction. It reminded me the "straight to "VHS" 1990 movies at times. But I feel the actors were let down by both the writer and director who allowed for the likes of "you don't mess with old Berta" being said over and over. It's hilariously bad at times.

However - criticism aside, I liked the fast pace and the guesswork what's gonna happen next. It was a bit of "Knives Out" style with unveiling mystery. If you're looking for an easy to follow thriller with hot actress and twists, go for it. It now makes me want to shoot a movie myself, clearly you don't need any acting or directing abilities whatsoever if you have the funding from the studio.
