This was a terrible Sequel to the great Dear Prudence 2009 Hallmark Mystery movie. This movie has absolutely zero to do with a mystery . Plot was so dul and boring and except for Seymoure and Lando the acing was lackluster. Seymour and Lando did not have the chemistry they had in Dr Quinn Medicine Woman. They were unable to capture the "magic in a bottle" they had in Dr Quinn. By apppearances and plot it appears this was a low budget movie. Not a good production from Seymour and Jane Keach which was surprising. Their other tv movies of the week, etc.. have been great. Long story short--don't waste your time on this movie. Stop with Dear Prudence and lets hope they will eventually pick up the mysteries again.
This was a 2009 Hallmark Channel mystery movie. It has a good plot and was very well done. It was really good to see "Snow Bird" Jane Seymours co-star from Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman in this movie. The beginning started off a tad slow but picked up and was really good. I could do less with the Prudence tips and more with the mystery. This movie is definitely a lot better than its sequel which had nothing to do with a mystery. I was hoping this would be a series of mystery movies but apparently that never came to be. It would be great if Hallmark Mysteries would start doing the Dear Prudence mysteries again and forget the second movie which was awful. This movie was great--kinda reminded me of Murder She Wrote.
