A very inspirational movie! Good script, good directing, beautiful cinematography! And most of all GREAT SOUNDTRACK! Loved the end title song too! Such a love declaration to their mom! I had seen Daisy Betts in Chicago Fire, and hated her in that character! But wow, she did a great job here! A strong, brave mom, a deep God believer, and most of all, she really believes in and supports her family, children and husband!
All the actors, especially the children, did a great job! The youngest are fantastic! But Rebecca's actress (Kirrilee Berger) is very good too, and what a beautiful voice!
Joel Smallbone, who in real life is real Rebecca's brother, delivered a great performance in his dad's character! Great job! (Also, he co-directed and produced the movie!!!)
Of course the movie is about believing in God, too, but not in a "drastic" way! I am not Catholic but I loved the message throughout the movie anyways!!
And again: the original soundtrack is so touching and inspirational! I still can't find it on Amazon Prime Music, but I hope they will upload there!
Congratulations "ya'll" (as said in the movie, ah ah!)!!
And thank you!!! (This review is from Rome, Italy!, December 28, 2024)

I am so sorry this movie is so bad! The script is soooo boring, and so slow!!! Let's say Jessica keeps saying "I don't know!" most of the movie, even when things seem turning for better! Music is nice, both actors sing well, but really, the story is silly, no plot, and Jessica plays very badly... one face, mostly a huge smile, that's it. And can we talk about the reaction times?! Embarassing!
I think her best friend (actress Sierra Wooldridge) was the one playing better in the whole movie! Not kidding: she did great! Along with Paul Greene who is always pretty nice and very good!
By the way I am pretty sure this movie could have been like 10 minutes shorter if they had cut all the downtime when Jessica Lowndes just thinks or mumbles!
Last thing... I watched other movies with Jessica but this is the only one where they dressed her like a pin up! I don't know why! No need for that in a family movie...

I binge watched this show in two days just NOW, and discovering it was cancelled after just one season two years ago really broke my heart (oh, I don't use this sentence randomly!)! I'd really want to know what happens next!! I hope someone will pick it again and make a season 2!!
All the cast was amazing, and the stories were so well written, plus the FAMILY feeling, plus the laughs! I really LOVED IT! I loved the children, all of them acting so beautifully (especially the little Pyper Braun {Chloe}, but also Griffin Thomas McIntyre {Dylan} whom I just discovered is the son of THE NKOTB Joey McIntyre!!, and also Shiloh Verrico, and Jamie Martin Mann {Brody} and Ricardo Hurtado {Tuck}, all of them with a different personality and so fun to watch!! And I loved Katharine McPhee (Bailey), who really knows how to sing and what a beautiful voice she has!! And Eddie Cibrian (Beau), with whom I fell in love ages ago when he was in Third Watch! And last but not least, could we talk about the super funny Janet Varney (Summer), whom is a total star, even though she's a secondary character!? She reminded me of "Enchanted" Amy Adams!! Just Amazing!! Oh, I am so sorry there is no second season! Why?!!! Thank you guys for making me laugh so much!!
