I watched Trap because I'm a fan of N. S. Works, and while the film is decent and worth a one-time watch, it didn't have the same impact on me as some of his earlier work. The concept of the movie is intriguing, and it's clear that N. S. put a lot of thought into it. However, the execution left something to be desired, as there are several noticeable plot holes that detract from the overall experience.
Josh Hartnett's performance, though, was a standout. He skillfully navigates a range of emotions, shifting from happy and curious to calculating and finally to a fierce rage. His portrayal adds a significant depth to the character and is a highlight of the film. Despite the film's flaws, Hartnett's acting brings a level of intensity and authenticity that makes it engaging.
It's worth giving Trap a try. It's a testament to Hartnett's talent and a decent addition to the genre, even if it doesn't quite reach the heights of some of his earlier films.

The film's strength lies in its simplicity. Rao's direction takes us back to the basics of storytelling, where characters matter more than gimmicks. Nitanshi Goel and Sparsh Shrivastava shine as the misplaced brides, bringing authenticity and warmth to their roles. Pratibha Ranta, as the other bride, adds depth to the narrative. Laapataa Ladies doesn't shy away from societal commentary. It subtly challenges biases and stereotypes, making it inherently feminist. The film's humor is stagey but endearing, and the emotional moments hit just the right chords. Don't miss this heartwarming ride. Laapataa Ladies is a cup of chai on a rainy day-a comforting, delightful treat.
Well, this movie is totally for entertainment purposes. We may be fans of Christopher Nolan, but once in a while we need an illogical movie with pure magic to entertain us. I loved the second part of the play, especially S. J. Surya's performance. Vishal score in the climax. I had a good laugh after a long time. Every scene was crisp and entertaining. The music is good, and the action sequences were enjoyable. Overall, this is a fun movie to watch with your gang. I hope the director continues on this path, where he can score very well. Leave your logical brain before entering the theater. Won't regret........
