Why this flick was never picked up for distribution in the USA just reinforces (to me) that the film-viewing public does not know what they're missing (by watching only Hollywood pap), are deathly afraid of subtitles, are unabashed goobers, or all three.
At * least* it should be offered on DVD by now, but no. Hello? Sales department? WTF?
It's ^what* year again? You already have this in the can. It's collecting dust! For chrissakes, DO SOMETHING!!!
Perfectly written, acted and directed, this is, albeit, a very standard story but done very, very, well.
Very attractive cast who are all excellent actors. Beautifully shot on location. Directed flawlessly.
Poor Bruno.

Sure would like to see this film, but it was only shown briefly on a French Film festival tour. It is now impossible to obtain with English subtitles.
