If you are fed up with all these Netflix comedies lacking of humour having actually push yourself to crack a smile " Ticket to Padise " will definitely make things easier for you.
It was a relief to watch a rom com that had fast paced just to the point dialogues. The staring couple was great. Their long last friendship had them feel comfortable with each other so they had a great connection in front of the cameras. Roberts is one of tbe best actresses ever in a variety of genres but romantic comedies will always have her as their Queen!
So if you are looking for a ticket that gets you a couple of hours of joy and relaxation this movie is the answer. Enjoy!

Being a huge fan of old Ghostbusters movies and after reading all the bad reviews i went to the cinema with low expectations. Maybe that was the right thing to do in order to enjoy a film that after all did not premiered as a life changing movie project but as an entertaining way to spend your time! And this is exactly what it achieves! It's a humorous movie with a really good cast! All four women are pretty decent actresses! Although I'm a condemned Melissa McCarthy's fan I was surprised to witness a comedian talent explosion from Kate McKinnon's and Leslie Jones' side! Chris Hemsworth once again proved to be a very good choice for a comedy role! What i suggest you is to give it a chance. And if you don't like the movie i bet it will be much enjoyable to listen to the incredible Ghostbusters soundtrack one more time while you are driven by your nostalgia!
I've always known what a good actress M.Williams is..but i've never believed she could be THAT good! I'm in awe of her talent. Is it too much to say that i consider her to be the next M.Streep? After watching "My week with Marilyn" i don't think it is! You see i'm a huge movie fan and i pay much attention to the way that actors play their characters. Only M.Streep and M.Williams now manage to be the characters they play..not only to act like them. M.Williams for about 100min puts herself aside and gives everything she has to offer Monroe 100min of a second chance in life! Williams becomes Monroe!
I believe that the old Hollywood was full of genuine movie stars with Monroe being the greatest of them and always i've been pouting about the fact that we won't get to "meet" non of them..Thanks to Williams' talent while watching the movie i caught myself lost in her act several times, truly believing she was Monroe!
As for the movie now,it's a good biographical film around the myth of Monroe. With really good cast! The fact that the film is based on true events is what makes it special!
Watch this movie,it surely worths it..meet the legend...and feel free to allow a smile on your face when Monroe-Williams blink an eye on the camera!
