The start is pretty much like any action anime or revenge imo, I do like the style and so far storyline, music, animation, voice acting is really good and it's enjoyable so far but I hope it doesn't do the same thing other revenge anime's do since I have never really read the manga but took glimpses. I also so far really enjoy the setting and the many different types of character designs which look really good. I also do think they could have improved on giving more context of the father. The animation for this is amazing and Rudolph at the end is just a masterpiece to where he crashes out which made me hype, so this episode was a good intro.
This movie is amazing but the problem with it is pretty much where the movie goes. It goes in a direction where he is the leader of earth and stuff like that which causes problems. Another problem is there isn't really a conflict but the bad guy which was a father. Now I do see the potential this movie has like the visuals are amazing and I actually really like the dark elements like I wish Pixar made a movie with more dark elements that can be relatable like this movie. Though another problem arises in which this film plays it very safe by undermining those dark elements which I don't really like. This is definitely a kids movie though and kids will have fun but this movie by the end of it, you'll be like "wait what was that movie about again or what did it have?" in like 10-20 minutes after the movie. I don't think it's bad but the problem is there aren't too much things to make it memorable.
