The Punisher was a very pleassant surprise. The cast is really good. Thomas Jane is amazing as Punisher. The movie's villain is so good, although his name is forgattable. The movie is violent, but not as violent as the reviews would have you believe. It is just as violent as it needs to be. The story is amazing and so emotional. The music is subtle. The action sences were great. This movie doesn't feel like a comic book movie and the prodagonist isn't really a hero, but you fell from him. Frank's neighbours are such a great addition to the movie that remind Frank of his humanity. Keep in mind that this review is coming from someone who isn't really familliar with the Punisher from the comic books and if I was, my review would probably be different.
