The beginning of the movie starts with the "expendable" team being annihilated, works great for a movie with this many characters. We then are introduced to our more competent and compelling squad/characters. These characters are much more fleshed out than the previous Suicide Squad movie. The story is very easy to follow, with a satisfying ending for MOST of the characters. The cinematography is awesome, especially in Harley's escape scene. Loved the writing and banter between characters, especially the back and forth between Bloodsport and Peacemaker. Awesome first DC entry from Gunn.
Solid action scenes, (especially Eagly against ARGUS), much more character depth in this episode. Harcourt taking her anger out any chance she gets, Adebayo and Keeya having a little argument (Adebayo gets a reality check), and us getting to about Economos' struggle with anxiety. Fleury was the funniest character in this episode although some of his lines felt a little forced.
