An easy watch with a lot of different sides to it. A mix of romance, comedy and action. Its best attribute is that it never takes itself too seriously. The blend of actors, both professional and amateurs is quite natural. The dialogue, unlike most Romanian movies, is understandable and witty. Compared to productions like "Teambuilding", the humour is not as low-brow and it contains subtle satire. The soundtrack is quite original and it elevates the scenes more than usual, giving them almost a holiday feeling. The cinematography is discrete and does not rely on excessive filters to induce a mood. All in all, one of the good Romanian movies that appeared in the last year along with "Weddings, christenings and funerals"
This movie looks and sounds like a creation of someone in the back of the class in elemetery school somewhere in the mid 90's. The screenwriters clearly have no idea how corporation culture is in real life or a teambuilding. Cheap copy from American movies of the same genre. Some of the groups have no meaning or use to the plot "The Moldavian girls". The jokes are nothing that has been unheard of before, and the acting is atrocious except from Serban Pavlu and the main guy from "Oltenians". Looks like a Youtube movie made by Youtube influencers and it really is. No redeeming quality whatsoever.
