  • David Bowie was the best part of this movie

I saw this movie for the first time today. It is quite an unique children's movie. You never get to see that many Jim Henson creatures jumping around to David Bowie music and dancing with young Jennifer Connelly.

Speaking of David Bowie, he was the best part of the movie. Anybody else playing the Goblin King, and the movie wouldn't have been that good. His vocal skills really came to use in this movie, as well as he unique looks and personality.

Jennifer Connelly was still OK as the girl. David Bowie did steal the show, but it was fun to see her in a movie before she became a star.

You probably would like the movie Labyrinth. Some of the creatures in the movie are a little silly, and it gets a little annoying. But, like I said earlier, this is a very unique movie, packed with many things you have never seen before on screen!

  • GREAT SHOW

This is a great television show that can teach you a lot of lessons.Too bad it is not on television anymore, not even on reruns.I use to watch in Bravo.I think Mr.Grier and Grandma were the best characters.Usually, you don't get that many television shows these days that are so entertaining.A television show doesn't have to be laugh-out-loud funny, though it doesn't have to be a crappy police drama either. If this show is on video,I am buying it.
Dustin Hoffman and Anne Bancroft in The Graduate (1967)

  • Dustin Hoffman Shines

Anne Bancroft is excellent in this film, but Dustin Hoffman shines, because this is his best role. Ross is also great.Dustin Hoffman in Tootsie was fine,so was he in Kramer vs.Kramer and especially Rain Man,but I loved the Graduate.I recommend this movie for people ages 10 and up(it also depends on how mature the child is).It might have some scenes are too inappropriate ,but at 10,11,12,it is a good movie.
