Adkins movies are commonly known for relative low budget flicks, and you cannot beat the Debt Collectors in that department.

However this movie has it all. Some good action scenes, some good actors, and the story itself reminds a bit on the movie "Unthinkable", which is a clear 10 although very much unheard of, because of the story. Some scenes even very similar.

Altogether I just wanted to give it a try and expected to watch maybe 20 minutes of it but watched it fully through. Very good movie.

The bad; sound is a bit off standard, the 'score' (music) a bit annoying, but the story makes up for it. I usually do not recommend movies, but this one is/should be surely a hit for action fans who like it a bit deeper.

Not one of the high priced productions, but two very entertaining movies. The two main characters suit so perfectly that you wish they would have made more sequels.

Its not everybody's cup of tea, sarcasm all over the place I personally would recommend this movie and the first one to everybody who is looking for a decent action movie that keeps you entertained.

For a low budget production it should receive 10 stars, yet I measure it with the multi million dollar productions and even there it is surely an 8 star movie, the first one a 9 star. Please give it a try, like I did, and you will not be disappointed. Guaranteed.

I do not know what I want to say, but I want to say something so people won't waste money on this piece of whatever one wants to call it.

I am a big SciFi fan, yet something like that I never experienced. Was it the effects that ruined it, was it the lame story, the extra-lame acting of the second Smith in the movie, the directing of someone who got after Signs too much credit and couldn't deliver since (with the exception of the low budget Devil). I really cant say. Its just very disappointing and I wished I would not have seen it, not spend the time nor the money. But I wanted to know it for myself if the critics are right, since they are so many times wrong (in my opinion).

Well, they are right, and yet they even gave the movie way too much credit. Probably because of Will Smith.

The year is not over, but I do not think that After earth will be topped in the category for "the worst movie of 2013"!
