Well-paced for the most part and the acting is awesome. Has a unique plot and good chemistry between the characters. Humor works too. The ending wants you to see a sequel to this. I've seen many sub-par reviews by people who have been burned out by watching too many movies and have ended up having unrealistic expectations. I'm glad I didn't pay attention to any reviews prior to seeing this. The movie is perfectly fine and I hope to see more of this gender in the future. The director and the cinematographer have done a phenomenal job in 90% of the movie and have brought forth the best of Pitt and Clooney.
Great cast, great plot, great scenery, great action sequences. My only wish would be that the lead actreess could be a bit more rugged. But other than that this film gets you. Hard. Acting is cool and original. Cinematography is top notch. This movie just keeps you guessing. I went in it with low expectations but I wasn't expecting it to be so good. I'm looking forward to more movies from the lead actors. Thumbs up to the script writers, the producers and the entire crew. Looking forward to more of their work. And in closing I have to say: If this movie was filmed before the original predator then it would have been a huge blockbuster. Nice comeback.
